🎉 October is National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM)! 🎉
This year marks the 80th anniversary of recognizing the contributions of individuals with disabilities in the American workforce. The 2025 theme, “Celebrating Value and Talent,” honors the achievements of workers with disabilities—past and present—and encourages inclusive hiring practices across all industries.

Florida Parishes Human Services Authority is proud to support this mission through the Capable Workforce Alliance, a regional effort to expand meaningful employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities across the Florida Parishes.
