It’s critical that you you respond to any Medicaid renewal letters you receive in the mail and to update your contact information so you do not risk losing health coverage.
Recipients can renew their Medicaid coverage the following ways:
• Online at www.healthy.la.gov, login and choose “Renew My Coverage”.
• Via phone by calling 1-888-342-6207.
• Returning the Medicaid renewal packet mailed to them via:
o Fax: 1-225-389-8019
o Email: laltc.processingcenter@la.gov
o US Mail: Louisiana Medicaid/LaCHIP, P.O. Box 91283, Baton Rouge, LA 70821-9278
