All FPHSA Outpatient Clinics and Offices will be closed on Wednesday, April 10, 2024, due to the extreme weather conditions.

If you or a loved one experiences a behavioral health crisis during this time, you can access our after-hours/ emergency line by dialing 1-855-268-1091 or “211”. You may also access crisis chat at www.vialink.org. Text Chat is also available by texting “TXT211” to 504-777-EASE (3273).

If you have a medical emergency, please go to the nearest Emergency Room or dial 911. The National Suicide and Crisis Lifeline is 988.

“Leadership Livingston” Graduate

Congratulations Rachelle Sibley, Florida Parishes Human Services Authority’s Chief Operating Officer, for completing the Leadership Livingston Program managed by the Livingston Parish Chamber of Commerce. Ms. Sibley was part of the 2024 Graduating Class.
This program develops better informed leaders. Participants become better connected, more inspired and open-minded individuals while gaining relationships from other class members that are life long and meaningful. FPHSA is a proud Leadership Livingston Program Sponsor.
FPHSA Executive Director, Richard J. Kramer, attended the graduation and congratulated Ms. Sibley for this high honor and accomplishment.
