On Friday, May 23 2025, Florida Parishes Human Services Authority (FPHSA) and its Governing Board recognized Rev. Gary Porter for his service and dedication as a board member representing St. Helena Parish from 2016 to 2025. Rev. Porter reached the maximum number of years to be able to serve on the board. He will truly be missed by the board. He was presented with a plaque and wished the very best by all.
