On February 27, 2026, the Florida Parishes Human Services Authority (FPHSA) announced the reappointment of key members to its Governing Board, ensuring continued leadership, stability, and strategic direction for the Authority.
Deborah Kropog, representing Livingston Parish, and David Duplantier, representing St. Tammany Parish, were officially reappointed to the FPHSA Governing Board. Their continued service reflects the strong confidence placed in their leadership and dedication to strengthening access, quality, and outcomes for individuals and families receiving behavioral health and developmental disabilities services.
In addition, Dr. Genesa Garofalo Metcalf, Governing Board Member representing Tangipahoa Parish, was reappointed as Chair of the FPHSA Governing Board for 2026.
The swearing‑in ceremonies were conducted by Attorney Patrick Coudrain.
