INCLEMENT WEATHER CONDITIONS NOTICE REGARDING SERVICES ON WEDNESDAY, APRIL 10, 2024

All FPHSA Outpatient Clinics and Offices will be closed on Wednesday, April 10, 2024, due to the extreme weather conditions.

If you or a loved one experiences a behavioral health crisis during this time, you can access our after-hours/ emergency line by dialing 1-855-268-1091 or “211”. You may also access crisis chat at www.vialink.org. Text Chat is also available by texting “TXT211” to 504-777-EASE (3273).

If you have a medical emergency, please go to the nearest Emergency Room or dial 911. The National Suicide and Crisis Lifeline is 988.

COVID-19 Services Update

EFFECTIVE JUNE 14, 2021

Effective Monday, 6/14/21, FPHSA will resume in-person appointments for behavioral health at the clinics.  Please expect a call, text, or email regarding your scheduled appointment.  If you experience a behavioral health crisis, please call the clinic during regular business hours or 211 for after hours. For a list of our behavioral health clinics, please visit http://www.fphsa.org/Behavioral-Health-Services/Locations.

Developmental Disabilities Services will also resume in-person appointments unless the family requests otherwise. For more information regarding these services, please visit http://fphsa.org/developmental-disabilities-services. You can reach their office at 985-543-4730, Option 2 for more information.

As the community’s safety net provider for behavioral health and developmental disabilities services, we are glad to be able to see you in person again and have precautionary measures in place to serve you as safely as possible. Masks are still required to enter our facilities and we ask that if you have any covid-related symptoms to please call the office first before coming to any of our facilities.
