Effective Monday, 6/14/21, FPHSA will resume in-person appointments for behavioral health at the clinics. Please expect a call, text, or email regarding your scheduled appointment. If you experience a behavioral health crisis, please call the clinic during regular business hours or 211 for after hours. Developmental Disabilities Services will also resume in-person appointments unless the family requests otherwise. As the community’s safety net provider for behavioral health and developmental disabilities services, we are glad to be able to see you in person again and have precautionary measures in place to serve you as safely as possible. Masks are still required to enter our facilities and we ask that if you have any covid-related symptoms to please call the office first before coming to any of our facilities.
