Public Notice of Facility Closure and Access to Records
Notice is hereby given that Fontainebleau Treatment Cetner (FTC) and Alcohol and Drug Unit (ADU) formerly located at 23363 South Robin Road, Mandeville, LA 70448, will be permanently closed as of March 29, 2026.
All records previously maintained at this facility, including but not limited to administrative files, client records, and other official documents, have been transferred to:

Members of the public may request access to these records in accordance with applicable state and federal laws governing public records. Requests may be submitted in writing, by email, or in person during regular business hours.
Copying fees may apply as allowed by law.
This notice is being published to inform the public of the facility’s closure and to provide instructions for obtaining records formerly held at this location.
