Florida Parishes Human Services Authority (FPHSA) is currently providing telehealth (phone and video) services to meet the community’s outpatient behavioral health (mental health and substance use disorders) and developmental disabilities needs while protecting the health and safety of our staff and clients. We will continue to accept new clients for as long as our resources allow to ensure that we are able to help those in need across our community. We understand that we are living in challenging times and want you to know that we do not refuse services to anyone due to the inability to pay. Please check back here periodically for important service announcements. To reach one of our locations or services by phone, please click here for a quick list. We are here to serve you and appreciate you choosing FPHSA.
